HOW DO I COPE WITH MY HUSBAND IN PRISON?

My husband was arrested in August, he hasn't come back since and wont be home till Dec next year. I feel like i have lived through a bereavement and i still have no idea how to get on with life. Im coping as you have to, but im so angry and hurt I cant even describe the pain. Sometimes i feel like I cant be bothered to live through anymore pain. How do you cope?
