Meeting Billie Joe Armstrong?

So I live in New York and I love Billie Joe Armstong (of the band Green Day). I would LOVE to meet him... I know that he has done cd signings in the past but does anyone know of anyway I can meet him in New York, like any upcoming events? I don't mean like sit down and have lunch with him, but just a hi, a picture, and a signing. PLEASE help make this possible for me. Thank you all in advance!!!
