Therapy and ethics regarding sex?

Mary is a Intern MFT working on getting her MFT License. She also volunteers and is a board member of a Non-profit Bereavement organization. She lead group therapy and activities to help grieving participants. Mary becomes interested in and eventually sexually involved with one of the men who came to the Bereavement group seeking treatment for PTSD syndroms. Is there a therapist ethics violation based on what Mary has done and is she in danger of not being able to get her MFT license if this were to become known to the Licensing Board?
