Should I quite my job Babysitting and find a new Job?

One of the things you have to learn about life is to put up with difficult situations. If you want to change jobs, fine. But find something to replace yur current job before quitting it. Of course that means you'll have to give the parents ample notice so they can get someone else. Who knows, they might offer you a raise to stay.
