I need help about my band.?

my bassist, he started the band, were a trio, guitarist/vocalist (me), bassist/lead vocals (him) and drummer/vocals - our friend billie, well we all play and love punk rock with a passion, and do stupid things alot, and we were lucky we found billie, because he is really the only local who plays drums and likes punk rock, lately hes been slacking on holding practices at his house, and this saturday were having a gig, me and the bassist are ready, but were a little concerned about billie. so, the bassist says to me if he messes up on saturday, he's gonna replace him with this drummer (idk him, but hes hispanic i tihnk, and prollly doesnt like punk) and add another guitarist who plays like country!! i dont work good with other guitarists in the band, so now i really want billie to do ****** good at this gig so we dont have this drummer, and i have to deal with this guitarst, billie completes the band
