I believe that some day I will commit suicide?

I have a friend like you too. She lost her grandfather, the only friendly one to her in the family. She had tried to commit suicide twice already... I couldn't help her because I'm not in the same place but several thousands kilometers away. I'm worried about her everyday but have no idea how she is and how to help her.
