I have had a terrible year and, as a result, look old, tired and sad. How can I look rejuvenated quickly?
After a number of heartbreaks and bereavements, I had the year from hell. I experienced a deep depression which completely changed my life. I am now recovering, but when I look in the mirror I barely recognise myself. I look gaunt, sad, tired and dejected. I know that in the long run exercise, diet and good mental health will help me look my age again (mid twenties) but is there anything I can do in the time being to speed the process along. I really want to look lovely by this time next week... I already have a haircut booked!
