Is the any organizations that help with Bereavement flights?

So sorry, but there isn't such a fund for you and your children. If you or your sister belong to a community of faith, they might be willing to chip in some money, as might places of employment where your family works. But that would probably be only enough to pay for some of just your round trip ticket -- certainly not enough for you and your children to fly.
