Is Wayne Rooney better than Messi and Ronaldo?

It makes me laugh when people say ronaldo and messi are way better than rooney. Wo are they kidding? Do they actually watch him play. Wayne is the complete player. There is nothing he cannot do. He is a genius. He is the best player I have seem in history. Even the daily star was saying he was better than messi and ronaldo last season and if they say it is true then it must be true.
