My cat hates me please help! ?

My cat Billie is 18 months old and pants and breaths heavily when I pick him up, he will run away from me all the time he hates me and my husband but loves our other cats and is best friends with our big dog Labrador. When you pat him he meows at you and bites. He has been fixed and had all of his vaccinations. He enjoys sleeping indoors all day and night he barely goes out he is good like that. I'm trying so hard I give him so much love but still nothing. Thanks in advance
