What do you think of the names Bobbie Rayne and Billie Storm for girls?

If my mom had had my twin sister and I when she was 10, instead of 14 she would have named us these names. Instead she named us Jasmine Arielle and Aurora Belle, which I am so happy about lol. The only name I like from those 4 is Rayne and only as a guilty pleasure middle name.
