What is wrong with me? (bereavement or an exotic illness?)?

How the hell are we supposed to know when you haven't even said what is wrong? First you expect us to be doctors then you expect us to read your mind??? So.. do you cry all the time? Sleep all the time? have diarhea? a rash? and ingrown nail?? Seriously....
