I would advice using go compare. The cheaper the monthly paymets the less they cover. And as you have a large breed of dog vet bills will cost alot more than small breeds and �4000 isn't alot if the dog get seriously sick or injured and need specilaied care. The best pet insurance in Uk is Pet Plan they are the only company that cover any illness or injury for the life of the pets as longs as you keep the policy up but that does mean they are the most expensive. The next best three are Morethan. buddies and Marks and Spencers . They cover a certain amount for each illness or injury not time limited all the others cover a certain amount but only for a year fot that illness or injury. Most policy have a range like silver ,gold ,and platuim Silver meaning lower payment but cover less and gold covers more but cost alittle more and so on . Your best bet is to go to the companies own site and get quote from them you can ask them to send you policy paperwork to read though and speak to a member of there staff. Good pet insurance is worth every penny. It is one of those things you hope you will never need but are glad you have it when you do. It means if the worse happens and your dog become serios sick or injuryed that you only have to wory about get the dog better not how you will pay for it. Some people may say don't bother with it just put money in the bank every month but your dog could have an accident next month and as vet bills can run into the thousands i sure you don't have enough to start a bank account with thousands and adding every month.
